  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • What you expected to happen vs what happened.
  • A screenshot or screen recording (optional).

Common fixes

  • Force quit the app and reopen it.
  • Check camera permissions: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.
  • Restart your phone if scanning feels slow or the camera freezes.
  • Update to the latest version of GlowUp and iOS.

Subscriptions

If you upgraded and premium isn’t showing, try “Restore Purchases” in the paywall or settings screen.

  • Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID used to purchase.
  • Apple manages billing; refunds and cancellations are handled via the App Store.
